“Women used to pinch their cheeks to give themselves rosy cheeks before blush was invented.” (http://holleewoodhair.com/2012/06/13/facts-about-cosmetics/)

Happy Tuesday Friends!

That quote is definitely true because when I was younger and didn’t have any blush I’d pinch my checks! Who else did that? Leave a comment below if you’ve done that and how old you were! :)

Todays cosmetic is the E.L.F. (eyes, lips, face) Mineral Blemish powder. I love E.L.F. products but this one just didn’t do anything for me. It contains sulfur as the active ingredient, but it didn’t really do anything to help my acne for the most part it just acted as a translucent powder.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who wants something to help their blemishes or acne because it won’t help. It is fairly cheap ($6-8) but it’s not worth it if your specifically looking for something to help with blemishes.

I’d rate this product a 2 out of 10. Because it doesn’t do what its suppose to do, and it doesn’t help my acne it just acts as a translucent powder. If that’s something your looking for then definitely go for it, but if your looking for it to do what its advertised to do then I wouldn’t recommend you buy it.
